How to Make Snickers Fudge
Step 1 | Mix the first layer
First, line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper so the fudge will be super simple to remove from the pan.
![Line your pan with parchment paper.](https://www.thefreshcooky.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Snickers-Fudge-Recipe-34-800x1200.jpg)
![Microwave milk chocolate chips and peanut butter.](https://www.thefreshcooky.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Snickers-Fudge-Recipe-32-800x1200.jpg)
Next, add the chocolate chips and peanut butter to a small bowl and heat it in the microwave for 20 seconds. Stir the ingredients, microwave for another 20 seconds, and stir until the chocolate mixture is creamy and smooth.
Then, pour it into the bottom of the prepared pan in an even layer and set it in the freezer to harden.
![Spread peanut butter chocolate on the bottom.](https://www.thefreshcooky.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Snickers-Fudge-Recipe-33-800x1200.jpg)
![Chocolate bottom layer smoothed onto prepared pan.](https://www.thefreshcooky.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Snickers-Fudge-Recipe-31-800x1200.jpg)
Fresh Tips
- When heating the peanut butter and chocolate in the microwave, be sure to stir well between each interval. This will help prevent the chocolate from seizing.
Step 2 | Make the Nougat Layer (second layer)
Prep and measure out your nougat ingredients, making the process go faster. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the sugar and evaporated milk, bringing the ingredients to a boil.
Continue cooking for three more minutes, stirring constantly, then remove the pan from the heat and mix in the marshmallow cream, peanut butter, and vanilla while the ingredients are still hot.
![Add butter to saucepan and melt.](https://www.thefreshcooky.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Snickers-Fudge-Recipe-28-800x1200.jpg)

![Stir in marshmallow creme.](https://www.thefreshcooky.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Snickers-Fudge-Recipe-29-800x1200.jpg)
Next, stir in the chopped peanuts until they are well incorporated, and pour the peanut mixture over the chocolate layer, spreading evenly. Return the pan to the freezer.

Step 3 | Make the Caramel Layer (middle layer)
Then, add the caramels and evaporated milk to a small saucepan, cooking over medium-low heat. Stir the ingredients constantly until the caramel is smooth and melted. Add the caramel layer to the pan in the freezer, returning it to continue chilling after creating an even layer.
![Melt the caramels and evaporated milk in a saucepan.](https://www.thefreshcooky.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Snickers-Fudge-Recipe-23-800x1200.jpg)

![Caramel mixture spread evenly on Snickers fudge.](https://www.thefreshcooky.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Snickers-Fudge-Recipe-21-800x1200.jpg)
Step 4 | Top Layer
For the top chocolate layer, repeat the same instructions as the bottom chocolate layer. Add the chocolate chips and peanut butter to a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 20 seconds, stirring between, until the mixture is silky-smooth. Then, pour an even layer on the caramel layer and smooth with an offset spatula.

Step 5 | Chill, slice, and serve!
Finally, refrigerate the pan for at least an hour or place it back into the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove the Snickers fudge by grabbing the parchment paper and placing it on a cutting board. Then, cut the fudge into small cubes to serve. Enjoy!

- 1 cup dry roasted salted peanuts chopped
Caramel Layer

Bottom Chocolate Layer
- In a small bowl, combine milk chocolate chips (1 cup) and peanut butter (¼ cup). Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds and stir well. Microwave again for 20 seconds and stir until creamy and smooth. - Pour the chocolate mixture in an even layer into the bottom of the prepared pan. Place pan in freezer.
Nougat Layer
- In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter (4 tablespoons, which is a ½ stick) over medium heat. Stir in sugar (1 cup) and evaporated milk (¼ cup) and bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and immediately stir in Marshmallow Creme (1 ½ cups about 7 ounces), peanut butter (¼ cup) and vanilla extract (1 teaspoon).
- Add chopped peanuts (1 cup) and stir until incorporated.
- Pour mixture over the chocolate layer and spread evenly. Place back in freezer.
Caramel Layer
