Hello Sweet Readers!

Trust you are all doing well and looking forward to the weekend! Excited to bring you another new recipe and a fun surprise!

I loved this quote that my brother sent me this week!

“The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands in times of challenge and controversy.”

 Martin Luther King Jr.

New Recipe Perfect for Everyday or Special Occasions {think Valentine’s day}

I have been really good getting you delicious, lighter recipes since the start of the new year. But I have wanted to post this recipe since Christmas of last year! Sorry, save it for a special day!

Chocolate {stuffed} Bourbon Monkey Bread

You read that right, this monkey bread is literally stuffed with real, gooey chocolate pieces and nestled in a warm and wonderful bourbon caramel sauce.

What is best about this recipe is I scaled it down for a family of 4-6, small batch if you will — BUT, I provide the easy way to increase for a crowd!

Oh and it starts from Rhodes frozen bread rolls with just a few simple ingredients.

BONUS: Free Printable Food Gift Tags

My Christmas food gift tags have been so popular that I designed some generic ones that work any time of the year and are great for any “gift from the kitchen!”

I have to share again this week the book I recently finished that I thought was amazing, inspiring, uplifting, sobering, hopeful, encouraging and courageous book — The Things We Cannot Say by Kelly Rimmer.

It’s the kind of book that brought me to tears many times and yet was infused with joy, hope and the beauty of committed love.
