#1 Best Key Lime Pie
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Real reader review!
“This recipe is amazing. Super creamy filling that’s a perfect balance of sweet and tart. The crust recipe is enough to fill my deep dish pie pan so I don’t have to alter it by doing 1 ยฝ times the recipe or anything which is great, I have to do that with a lot of recipes.” ~ Tiffany
#2 Best Shish Kabob Marinade
This recipe went nuts over Mother’s Day weekend for good reason: it’s really the best marinade for steak and chicken kabobs! Get the whole family involved and have your own shish kabob night! You won’t be disappointed!
# 3 Crumbl Chilled Sugar Cookies
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Real reader review!
“FABULOUS!! This will be my new go-to sugar cookie recipe. The cookies are so unbelievably soft that you could even eat them without the frosting (that’s coming from someone who loves frosting!). I love that you can dye the frosting any color to suit the occasion and that these are so quick and easy to make. These cookies were perfection just like her copycat Crumbl chocolate chip cookie recipe! I can’t wait to try out even more recipes and I’m so glad I found this blog on Pinterest!! 🙂” ~Marissa

In Real Life…Graduation Recap
As promised, I have many pictures from our time in Montana for our son’s graduation! It was a go-go-go weekend for us staying up way past our bedtime each night! Okay, that means past 8:30, but still – it was a stretch!
The weekend started with an Honors Ceremony — Kieran received an honors medallion for completing required honors college coursework along with his Engineering degree, he and two of his good friends!
Friday was a VERY FULL day! They split the graduation into two ceremonies depending on the schools; of course, his buddies and his girlfriend were in the morning, so we attended that ceremony as well as his in the afternoon.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Aerospace. He’s accepted a job in Washington state and will start at the end of the summer.
We are so very proud of him, not because of his accomplishments, but because of the amazing man he has become. He is full of integrity, creativity, problem-solving, ethics, courage, kind-heartedness, curiosity, a great sense of humor, involvement, and a hard worker, and we discovered he could sing and entertain a crowd (there may have been karaoke at the grad party 😉 ). Kieran, we are so proud of you, and thank the Lord for allowing us to be your parents! What an honor and privilege.
Enjoy the pictures below!

Fun Fact About Me
I like to be on time! —My husband, not so much! LOL! It’s been a source of several, shall we call them “conversations” in our marriage! 😉
I have learned not to be so strict about being on time, and I believe he’s been more intentional about being on time—meeting in the middle!

Fresh Inspiration: Be Still
I sent this short devotional to my husband this morning — It really encouraged me today and I hope it encourages you too! Be sure to read it all and watch the short video that goes along with it.
“This verse Psalm 46:10 is not just about being still.
The Message translation says it best, I think:
“Step out of the traffic! Take a long, loving look at me, your High God, above politics, above everything.” (Psalms 46:10)
It’s about detaching yourself long enough from the madness of every day. Of all stress, worrying, anxiety, work, etc. And take a long, loving look at our loving, kind, holy, and awesome God. Be still long enough to hear His voice and have a conversation.
Be still, He’s got you…now let Him be God. READ MORE

Debbie
Psalm 46 is my favorite, in fact I have it framed and on the wall in our bedroom, but Psalm 46:1 is my life verse after being attacked as a teen-ager.
Oh my goodness Debbie, I am so very sorry about that experience in your life — but am so grateful for your faith and holding on to that verse! Thank you for trusting me to share!
