Just the right combination of sweet and spicy with fresh ginger and red pepper flakes. You’re going to love the Mongolian sauce!

The right marinade makes all the difference in a recipe—and with a blend of warm nuttiness and herbs, this Flank Steak is one of our family favorites.

Step 1 

Add the steak to a bowl, sprinkle the shaved steak in the cornstarch and toss. In a pan, saute the garlic and ginger.

Step 2

Now to to the sauce pan, add the soy sauce and brown sugar. Once the sugar is fully dissolved, set the sauce to the side.

Step 3

In a heavy skillet, brown the shaved beef in small batches- 2 minutes each batch. Then remove teach batch as it is cooked and set aside.

Combine & Serve!
