I am scrambling to write this, as I got home last evening from spending several days on a retreat with my blogging friends! It was so great to see them, brainstorm together, and learn from one another — honestly, now that I’m home, I’m missing them loads and wishing I had all that mojo back! More on that below!

A week in my life…
What a treasured and blessed time I had with my Mastermind group at our retreat in Franklin, TN this past week! This is our third time doing a retreat together, I was like a kid waiting for Christmas morning.
We sat around a big ol’ farmhouse table with computers asking questions, chatting about challenges, working through problems, researching new platforms, and exploring new tools. Talked about ways to move our blogs forward and how to navigate the work-life balance.
It was fabulous! I am so thankful for these 5 amazing women in my life. We are all about the same age and stage in life, and it’s a time of refreshment, encouragement, solidarity, and much joy and laughter! We ate out most nights, but mostly sat around that table gleaning, learning, asking questions, diving into new platforms and technologies. I could have spent a month with them!
Fun Fact | Odd Cravings
I shared this fun fact about odd cravings with a friend the other day. Since I was a little girl, I have LOVED the smell of rain on hot cement, in fact as a toddler, I loved it so much I would lick the cement. Just so you know, I gave that up long ago, but oh how I still love that smell! What’s your odd craving? Maybe craving isn’t the right description.
