Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken with your favorite poultry seasoning then tuck the chicken into a vacuum seal bag and remove the air.
Place the sealed bag in the sous vide water bath preheated to 149°F. Cook for 90 minutes
Allow the chicken to rest for 10 minutes while heating up a skillet. Then, add oil or butter and sear the chicken on both sides until golden and crisp.
