Homemade Caramel Peanut Clusters with flaky sea salt!

Easy Step-By-Step Recipe

Ingredients

Start by melting the caramel

Add caramels, heavy cream, butter, vanilla, and sea salt to a microwave-safe bowl and heat at 30 second intervals, stirring well between each.

Add the peanuts to the mixture and scoop  OR  drop the mixture over piles of peanuts on a lined baking sheet

Use an oiled rubber spatula to flatten the clusters, if needed. Set the trays in the fridge for at least 30 minutes as you continue the recipe.

Chill the Clusters

Add the Chocolate

Melt the chocolate chips in 30-second-bursts and stir until smooth. Drop and spread a teaspoon of chocolate over each chilled peanut caramel cluster.
