Scalloped Potatoes  with LEFTOVER Ham

A great meal to make after a holiday, using leftover holiday ham, this quick, creamy and hearty dinner is ready in minutes using your Pressure Cooker!

SIMPLE INGREDIENTS

Russets or Yukon Potatoes Smoked Ham Salt & Pepper Garlic, Thyme, Rosemary Chicken Broth Gruyere Cheese Heavy Cream  Nutmeg, Butter, Thyme

Prep the Potatoes

Peel, slice and layer the potatoes in the instant pot and season.  The Instant pot cooks the potatoes so fast!

Add the Ham

Cut the ham and sprinkle over the potatoes right in the pressure cooker. Season, add broth, and start the cooker.

Gruyere Gratin Mix

Remove the potatoes and ham when finished, leaving the broth. Then add the ingredients for the cheesy mix.

Combine & Bake

LAYER COOKED POTATOES WITH CHEESY CREAM MIXTURE AND BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN!
