Moist and subtly flavored with banana, not overly sweet, and baked to a golden brown.

I have been searching for the best way to make Banana Bread gluten-free - This one is quite possibly the best EVER! So EASY, moist and amazingly delicious!

Use a good 1-to-1 flour as replacement for all-purpose. And be sure the vanilla is GF too.

Start by mashing the over ripe bananas.

Mix sugar and eggs to incorporate air into the mixture. Then mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.

Prepare the Banana Bread Batter

Slowly drizzle oil into batter and add mashed bananas. Then add the cream fraiche.

Finally, fold in the walnuts and Chocolate chips coated in gluten-free flour.

Bake and Cool the Banana Bread- watch on the earlier side, my experience is that you do not want to over-bake gluten-free recipes. Remove when a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Made this tonight, gluten-free, and it turned out great. Delicious!
