Traditional Tiramisu

INGREDIENTS

Egg Yolks Sugar Whole Milk Heavy Cream Mascarpone Cheese Brewed Coffee Rum Ladyfingers Cocoa

DIRECTIONS

Whisk the egg yolks and sugar in a sauce pan. Add in milk while stirring constantly.

Cool the custard and beat with heavy cream and vanilla. Whisk in the mascarpone until smooth.

DIRECTIONS

Layer the ladyfingers along the bottom of a dish. Assemble the tiramisu and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. 

Dust with cocoa powder and add chocolate spirals.  Serve and devour!
