Make Pizzelle Batter

Add the eggs to the bowl of a stand mixer and beat them on medium-high speed until they are fluffy and light. Slowly add the sugar until the mixture is creamy. Then, on low-speed drizzle the cooled melted butter over the ingredients.

Combine dry ingredients

Add vanilla extract and sift the flour with baking powder and salt, adding the dry ingredients to the bowl with the wet ingredients. Mix on low until the Pizzelle batter is well combined. and sticky.

Make Pizzelles

Add the dough to the Pizzelle press. Scoop about a tablespoon of Pizzelle dough onto the hot iron. Turn on Pizzelle waffle iron and let it heat up.

Cool pizzelle and dust with powdered sugar

Cool cookies completely on a wire rack.
