Gorgonzola Sauce

This 4-ingredient easy Gorgonzola sauce is made with simple ingredients and perfectly dresses up a simple pasta or steak dinner!


Let's Get Started...

Heat heavy cream in medium saucepan over medium-high heat until it reaches a full boil. Allow it to boil for 45 to 50 minutes until thickened, resembling consistency of a white sauce.

Remove saucepan from heat, then add the Gorgonzola, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and parsley. Whisk briskly until the cheeses have completely melted.

Ready to Serve!

A delicious sauce can take any ordinary recipe from just fine to divine!
