Blueberry Pancake  Bundt Cake

Breakfast  and Dessert  all in one  beautiful  bundt cake.

Easy as a fresh blueberry muffin, fluffy as buttermilk pancakes

Ingredients

BUTTERMILK EGGS & SUGAR COOKING OIL VANILLA LEMONS PANCAKE MIX SODA & SALT CINNAMON BLUEBERRIES GLAZE INGREDIENTS

WET INGREDIENTS

Measure and Mix in all  the wet ingredients and set aside.

DRY INGREDIENTS

Whisk the dry ingredients  in a separate bowl.

Mix the wet & dry together, then FOLD in the flour dusted blueberries

Pour the Blueberry Pancake Batter into the prepared bundt pan.

Golden Delicious

You can see how fluffy this cake will be and the golden crunch on the bottom looks divine!

Invert the Bundt

Loosen, turn over onto a cooling rack and pull off the pan. Voila!

All the deliciousness of blueberry pancakes with butter and maple syrup are wrapped into this glaze.

Maple Butter  Glaze

Pour it on Thick!

Let the glaze drip down the sides!
