Au Gratin Potatoes

Thinly sliced potatoes layered with a creamy herb and garlic infused sauce, studded with rich and nutty Gruyère cheese; baked to golden, creamy, bubbly perfection!

Scalloped potatoes do not have cheese. Gratin, meaning cheese is a clear distinction in these amazing potatoes.

Begin with the Creamy Sauce

Simmer the milk, cream, herbs and seasonings, as directed, then strain the infused mixture.

Assemble the Dish

Peel & Slice the potatoes, layer them in the baking dish, cover with cheese and cream sauce. Then repeat!

Once the layers are complete, dot the top of the cheesy side dish with butter!

Bake to Perfection
