Healthy Philly Cheesesteak Casserole
This recipe allows the cook to serve those that need to keep a gluten-free diet as well as those that want to pile the beef on a hoagie!
Step 1 | Cook
Saute the ingredients quickly, using tongs to toss just until the beef is lightly browned with some areas of pink still there.
Step 2 | Cook
Add the yellow onions and red and green bell peppers, stirring until golden brown, soft, and translucent, then stir in the sliced mushrooms.
Step 3 | Combine

Add the minced garlic to the pan during the last couple of minutes and stir in Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, and beef broth.
Step 4 | Bake & Serve
Finally, top the casserole with overlapping provolone slices overlapping, and it’s ready to slip into the oven!
