Cranberry Jalapeno Dip with cream cheese

A sweet, spicy, and tart blend of flavors! Make it two ways, a layered jalapeno cranberry cream cheese dip.


Prep your ingredients

Bring the cream cheese to room temp, rinse and sort the tart cranberries, tossing firm ones into the food processor.

Add green onions, cilantro, jalapeños, sugar, salt, and juice to the bowl. Pulse until coarse relish forms.

Add the sugar, lime or lemon juice, and orange juice to the relish, then strain

Serving Option One:

Whip the cream cheese and spread to half an inch thick on a platter, spoon relish over top.

Serving Option Two:

Mix in the jalapeno cranberry salsa until the two are well combined, transfer to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap and store in the fridge.
