Simple  Ingredients

Russet Potatoes Bacon & Onion Garlic & Basil Heavy Cream Butter & Celery Salt Better-than-boullion garnish

Begin with the bacon- fry then drain.

Simple steps...

Add the Onion and Garlic

Saute in the bacon grease to add tons of flavor!

Bloom spices with onions

deglaze & add potatoes

Finish the Soup with an Immersion Blender

Add bouillon, milk & butter

finish with sour cream

Top with a sprinkle of crispy bacon bits, tasty shredded cheddar cheese, a little dollop of sour cream, and some chopped chives or green onions.

One of the best soups for a cold day, no going outside required.
