STEP 1

Start by spraying the pan, then stir the lemon curd and smooth the lemony filling in the bottom of the pan.

Add your cream cheese, egg, lemon zest, vanilla extract and lemon juice into a medium bowl. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer until combined.

Place the lemon and cream cheese mixture over the lemon curd and spread the filling out as evenly as possible using an  off-set spatula.
