Healthy strawberry bread is packed with fresh strawberries and made a bit healthier with gluten free flours, sweetened with maple syrup and moist using yogurt. A high protein breakfast or snack!

Ingredients

Eggs Maple Syrup Yogurt Vanilla Coconut Oil Almond Flour Oat Flour Baking Soda Salt Strawberries

Adding Wet Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, pour in the eggs, yogurt, coconut oil, syrup and vanilla.

Whisk in the wet ingredients and gradually add the flours to the mixture.

Whisking

Stir & Toss

Stir all the ingredients together to form the batter, then gently fold in the strawberries so you don't tear up the gorgeous fruits.

Bake Until  Golden Brown!
