Hello pie season!
Enjoy my favorite all butter, easy 3-ingredient pie crust recipe.
then add the cold butter cubes as directed in the recipe.
Add the remaining flour and pulse until the dough is crumbly.
Sprinkle on ice water!
Add enough water and use a pastry cutter to mix.
Time to Chill!
Pat into two dough discs, wrap and refrigerate.
I have included instructions for making dough without a food processor and for making the dough with a stand mixer!

For a sweeter crust, dust your counter with powdered sugar instead of flour!
Roll & Trim
roll the dough onto your rolling, then place in the pie plate and trim.
FOLD, CRIMP, PRICK & BRUSH the pie crust before placing in the oven.
And don't forget the pie weights!
Use the leftover dough to make cinnamon sugary pastry cut outs!
