Blueberry Pancake  Bundt Cake

Ingredients

BUTTERMILK EGGS & SUGAR COOKING OIL VANILLA LEMONS PANCAKE MIX SODA & SALT CINNAMON BLUEBERRIES GLAZE INGREDIENTS

MIX WET INGREDIENTS

Measure and Mix in all  the wet ingredients and set aside.

MIX DRY INGREDIENTS

Whisk the dry ingredients  in a separate bowl.

Gently mix blueberries with flour to keep them from sinking

GREASE BUNDT PAN WELL POUR BLUEBERRY BUNDT CAKE BATTER INTO PAN

Bake until golden

COOL 10 MINUTES

AND SKEWER COMES OUT WITH ONLY A FEW MOIST CRUMBS

INVERT BLUEBERRY BUNDT ONTO RACK

Delicious with or without this delectable glaze. 

Make Maple Butter  Glaze!
