Oniion & Peppers Carrots & Celery Corn & Spinach Garbanzo Beans Tomato Paste Chili Pepper Flakes Seasonings & Soy Sauce Sprouted Brown Rice Hard Red Wheat Vegetable Broth

Chop the veggies and saute, then add in the garlic.

Simple steps...

Stir in garbanzo beans, corn, tomato paste, soy sauce, cumin, salt, pepper, smoked paprika and Aleppo chili powder, sthen deglaze the pan with broth.

Stir in rice and wheat berries

Add the rest of the Ingredients

Stir in the baby Spinach

or add it to each bowl!

Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with a lemon slice and a little fresh thyme if desired.
