In a small mixing bowl, mix together turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and black pepper. If desired, pour into blender or spice mill and whir for a few seconds to blend spices well. Spoon into 8 oz (or split into 4 oz jars). Top with lid, label or tag.
For Golden Milk
In a small saucepan, warm 1 cup of your favorite "milk" (dairy, plant based or a combo), whisking in a teaspoon of the Golden Milk Spice Mix, 1 tablespoon coconut oil and your desired sweetener (honey, maple syrup, stevia, coconut sugar, etc).
For a creamier Golden Milk Latte, whir in a blender before or after heating*. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy. *If placing in blender, be careful when removing the lid, as the heat will cause pressure to build) or use a frother.

Notes
*WARNING!!! -->>If blending AFTER HEATING, be careful when removing blender lid, slowly opening away from you. The heat will cause pressure to build in the blender, causing it to spit and spurt, but it does make for a beautiful creamy, golden milk latte. Or simply heat in a pan or use a frother. I have also made this in my Vitamix on the heat setting, takes a few minutes, but the mixture is amazingly creamy, warm and delicious!
