A note about chocolate. Since there are so few ingredients in this recipe, you want high-quality ingredients, so that they shine, especially the white chocolate. I used Guittard, which is non-GMO and Gluten-Free, with no extra additives. But I have also used Lindt and Ghirardelli as well! Bottom line, buy the best you can afford.
