Strawberry Phyllo Cheesecake Cups



Phyllo Pastry Cream Cheese Vanilla & Butter Powdered Sugar Fresh Fruit Fresh Mint

Step 1 | Make the Phyllo Cups

Thaw your dough and unfold the pastry dough. Melt butter and brush it on one layer at a time until there are 5 buttered layers.

Step 2 | Cut and Bake the Pastry

Cut the layered pastry into 2-inch squares with a pizza wheel or a sharp knife.

Gently press the dough into mini muffin tin cups using a tamper or your fingers to press them in.

Step 2 | Mix the Cream Cheese

Mix cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar until light and creamy.

Step 4| Fill the Baked Cups

Fill a piping bag, then pipe the cheesecake mixture into the baked phyllo cups.

Add fresh berries such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and more.

Dust & Serve

Sprinkle the gorgeous little cheesecake cups with powdered sugar and serve!
