Ingredients

Vegetable Oil Sugars Honey Eggs Pumpkin Puree Flour Kosher Salt Baking Soda Baking Powder Warm Spices

How to Make Pumpkin Muffins Panera Style

making the crumble topping is as easy and measure and mix!

The crumble will be sticky like this. Refrigerate until you are ready to use it.

Now for the Batter

Begin mixing the spiced pumpkin muffin mix.

Add oil to eggs and measure in the brown sugar and white sugar.

Stir in the honey.

Combine pumpkin into wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Mix the Dry Ingredients

Whisk the flour, salt, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.

All Together Now

Mix the dry and wet ingredients with a spatula to make the pumpkin muffin batter.

FIll the  Muffin Tin

Line, fill, and top each muffin and get them ready for the oven!

Bake & Cool

I made 12 regular muffins and 6 jumbo muffins for the cost of about one from Panera!
