Spread on Oatmeal Cookie Butter

A simple recipe made with roasted nuts, old-fashioned rolled oats, and maple syrup; use it anywhere you use nut butter.


How to make Granola Butter

Add all dry ingredients to the bowl.

Then add in the maple syrup and stir just to combine the ingredients.

Now spread the granola mix out on a prepared baking sheet.

After cooled, transfer the ingredients to a food processor, adding the cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Add in melted coconut oil and process until silky smooth just like nut butter. 

Nutty Good

Finally, store the freshly made granola butter in an airtight container or mason jar and keep it in the fridge until ready to serve– Enjoy!

Spread it, add to a smoothie, layer with yogurt, add to baked goods, use as a fruit dip... the choices are endless!
