Make the Strawberry Crunch Crumble

Making the Strawberry Bundt Cake
Prepare the pan for baking the cake and easy release.
Whisk Together Dry Ingredients &
Cream the Wet
Add sugar to whipped butter, add eggs, then sour cream, vanilla and lemon zest.
Begin adding the flour mixture ¼ cup at a time, alternating with a bit of buttermilk until both are incorporated.
Mix in the Berries
Gently fold flour-coated strawberries into the cake batter.
Add half the batter to pan and the pan and top with the strawberry crunch.
Pour the glaze over the top of the cake.
Sprinkle on the Crunch Topping
Quickly press it into the top of the cake and sprinkle with a little reserved strawberry powder.
