Spanish Rice Side Dish for Cinco de Mayo!

Mexican restaurant style rice is the perfect vegetarian rice recipe for your celebration!

Ingredients

Long Grain Rice Oil & Tomato Sauce Garlic Cloves GF Seasonings GF Broth Cilantro & Lime

Easy Steps

First, rinse the rice, then brown the rice in hot oil in a skillet.

Scoot the rice aside and add garlic. Then pour in the tomato sauce, spices and broth.

Cover and bring to simmer on low for 30-40 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.

Fluff, Garnish  & Serve!

Fluff with a fork just before serving and garnish with chopped cilantro if desired and a squeeze of lime juice.
