#1 Iced Chai Tea Latte Recipe (Starbucks Copycat)
I love chai lattes—they’re spicy, tasty, refreshing, and super easy! A few weeks ago, I shared my chai concentrate with you, and today, I’m showing you how to make your own copycat Starbucks Iced Chai Latte. I show you how to make the concentrate (the long method), the fast method using chai tea bags, and the super fast method!! Plus, make it skinny, or full on creamy!

In Real Life
This is the first time our boys have been out of the country, and I am thrilled that we get to experience it with them! It’s been a long time in the planning and it finally all came together.
We’ll be bouncing all over Bavaria and Austria putting my German to a test! I was an au pair in West Berlin back in 1987 and became fluent during that time, but that was a LONG TIME ago, and as the old adage goes, “if you don’t use it, you’ll lose it”!
I am ¾ German and ¼ Italian and I love both my ancestries. I look forward to discovering some new recipes to add to my German recipe collection. In the meantime, you will love my Laugenbrezels (Bavarian Pretzels) and this Gulaschsuppe (German Goulash).
Follow our adventures on Facebook and Instagram to see what we’re up to!
And a HUGE shout out to my beautiful niece, who graduated from BMT (Basic Military Training) and is now a proud (and might I say, the prettiest!) Airmen in the U.S. Air Force! She received special honors for finishing at the top of her class during training! We are so very proud of her as she follows in her dad’s footsteps of serving our great country.
Vintage Coffee / Overnight Oats Mugs with Lids and Spoons
Aren’t these so pretty!? Make your chai latte in these mugs, or a turmeric tea or overnight oats or yogurt parfaits!!
What I’m Reading
I am finishing up several books right now. Is anyone else like me? I finish a book and start another on my list, then stop it when I get a book club assignment, so I end up with a lot of partially finished books! What have you read that you love?
- An American Beauty is a true story inspired by Arabella Huntington, the richest woman in America during the Gilded Age. It was a hard read because of what her life became and what she allowed. But it’s history and she was quite a woman!
- Apparently, I’m on a Gilded Age kick; All My Secrets by Lynn Austin has been amazing, I’m almost finished with it, and I would highly recommend this historical fiction. Three generations of women in one family must reckon with the choices they have made and their hopes for the future.
- A friend gave me The Book of Lost Names which I am excited to read on our trip. Seemed appropriate for our time in Germany and Austria. Inspired by an astonishing true story from World War II, a young woman with a talent for forgery helps hundreds of Jewish children flee the Nazis in this “sweeping and magnificent historical novel”
What Readers Are Saying about…
Beninhana Hibachi Fried Rice
I wanted Beninhana rice so bad and came across your recipe. I had everything except, sesame seeds and oyster sauce. It still tasted just like Beninhana rice. It was delicious 10/10. Will definitely keep this recipe. Thank you.
